🌶️ Masala Recipe (Basic Curry Masala)🌶️
Ingredients:

2 tbsp oil or ghee

2 medium onions (finely chopped)

2 medium tomatoes (chopped or pureed)

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

2 green chilies (slit)
-
½ tsp turmeric powder
-
1 tsp red chili powder
-
1 tsp coriander powder
-
½ tsp cumin powder
-
1 tsp garam masala
-
Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method:

Heat Oil: Warm oil or ghee in a pan.

Cook Onions: Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add Ginger-Garlic: Stir in ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.

Add Tomatoes: Add tomatoes, cook until they turn soft and the oil starts to separate.

Spices: Mix in turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Cook for 3–4 minutes.

Finish: Sprinkle garam masala, adjust salt, and garnish with coriander leaves.
👉 This masala base can be used to cook chicken, vegetables, paneer, or lentils.
