🍗✨Chicken Dopiaza Recipe🍗✨
Ingredients:

500g chicken (cut into medium pieces)

3 large onions (2 sliced, 1 chopped)

2 tomatoes (chopped)

2 green chilies (slit)

2 tbsp oil or ghee
-
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

½ tsp turmeric powder
-
1 tsp red chili powder
-
1 tsp coriander powder
-
½ tsp cumin powder
-
1 tsp garam masala
-
Salt to taste

Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Preparation Method:

Heat oil in a pan, fry half of the sliced onions until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add remaining onions and sauté until light golden.

Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute.

Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili, coriander, and cumin powder. Cook until oil separates.

Add chicken pieces, salt, and green chilies. Stir well and cook on medium flame.

Once chicken is almost done, add the fried onions back and mix well.

Sprinkle garam masala, stir fry for a few minutes until chicken is fully cooked and gravy is thick.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
