🍝Creamy Spicy Pasta Recipe🍝
Ingredients:

250 g pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)

200 g boneless chicken (optional, cut into strips)

2 tbsp butter or olive oil

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

3–4 garlic cloves (minced)
-
1 cup tomato puree or pasta sauce
-
½ cup heavy cream (or fresh cream)
-
½ tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
-
1 tsp paprika or Kashmiri chili powder
-
½ tsp black pepper powder
-
½ tsp oregano or mixed Italian herbs
-
Salt to taste

Grated cheese (mozzarella or parmesan) for garnish

Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Method:

Cook Pasta:

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, save ½ cup pasta water, and set aside.

Prepare Chicken (if using):

Heat 1 tbsp butter/oil in a pan.

Cook chicken strips with salt and pepper until golden. Remove and keep aside.

Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, add remaining butter/oil.

Sauté onions until soft, then add garlic.

Stir in tomato puree, chili flakes, paprika, oregano, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Make it Creamy:

Add cream and mix well. Adjust thickness using reserved pasta water.

Season with salt and pepper.

Combine Everything:

Add chicken back to the pan (optional).

Toss in cooked pasta and coat well with the sauce.

Serve:

Garnish with grated cheese, parsley, or basil.
