🍝Chicken Pasta Recipe🍝

Ingredients:

  • 250 g pasta (penne or fusilli works best)

  • 250 g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)

  • 1 medium onion (chopped)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 cup tomato puree (or pasta sauce)

  • ½ cup fresh cream (optional for creamy pasta)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • ½ tsp red chili flakes

  • ½ tsp black pepper powder

  • 1 tsp oregano or mixed Italian herbs

  • Salt to taste

  • Grated cheese (parmesan or mozzarella) for garnish

  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish


Method:

  1. Cook Pasta:

    • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and keep aside.

  2. Cook Chicken:

    • Heat olive oil/butter in a pan.

    • Add chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

  3. Make the Sauce:

    • In the same pan, add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

    • Add tomato puree/pasta sauce and cook for 5–7 minutes.

    • Stir in chili flakes, oregano, and cream (if using).

  4. Combine Everything:

    • Add cooked chicken back to the sauce.

    • Toss in the boiled pasta and mix well so the sauce coats evenly.

  5. Serve:

    • Top with grated cheese and garnish with basil/parsley.

    • Serve hot with garlic bread or salad.
