🍝Chicken Pasta Recipe🍝
Ingredients:

250 g pasta (penne or fusilli works best)

250 g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)

1 medium onion (chopped)
-
2 cloves garlic (minced)
-
1 cup tomato puree (or pasta sauce)
-
½ cup fresh cream (optional for creamy pasta)

2 tbsp olive oil or butter
-
½ tsp red chili flakes
-
½ tsp black pepper powder
-
1 tsp oregano or mixed Italian herbs
-
Salt to taste

Grated cheese (parmesan or mozzarella) for garnish

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Method:

Cook Pasta:

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and keep aside.

Cook Chicken:

Heat olive oil/butter in a pan.

Add chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

Add tomato puree/pasta sauce and cook for 5–7 minutes.

Stir in chili flakes, oregano, and cream (if using).

Combine Everything:

Add cooked chicken back to the sauce.

Toss in the boiled pasta and mix well so the sauce coats evenly.

Serve:

Top with grated cheese and garnish with basil/parsley.

Serve hot with garlic bread or salad.
