📝 Ingredients:

For the Crepes:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 cups milk

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Cream Filling:

  • 2 cups heavy cream (chilled)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate (cooled slightly)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Ganache Topping:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate


👩‍🍳 How to Make:

  1. Make the Crepe Batter

    • In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, sugar, and salt.

    • Add eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.

    • Chill batter for 30 minutes.

  2. Cook the Crepes

    • Heat a non-stick pan, lightly butter it.

    • Pour a thin layer of batter, swirl to coat.

    • Cook for 1–2 minutes each side. Repeat until all are done.

  3. Prepare the Filling

    • Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

    • Fold in melted chocolate and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Assemble the Cake

    • Place one crepe on a plate, spread chocolate cream.

    • Layer with another crepe, repeat until all crepes are stacked.

  5. Ganache Topping

    • Heat cream, pour over chopped chocolate, stir until glossy.

    • Pour ganache over the crepe cake.

  6. Chill & Serve

    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Slice and enjoy! 🍫✨
