📝 Ingredients:
For the Crepes:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

3 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp salt

3 large eggs

2 cups milk

3 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Cream Filling:

2 cups heavy cream (chilled)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup melted dark chocolate (cooled slightly)

1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Ganache Topping:

1/2 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
👩🍳 How to Make:

Make the Crepe Batter

In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, sugar, and salt.

Add eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.

Chill batter for 30 minutes.

Cook the Crepes

Heat a non-stick pan, lightly butter it.

Pour a thin layer of batter, swirl to coat.

Cook for 1–2 minutes each side. Repeat until all are done.

Prepare the Filling

Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

Fold in melted chocolate and vanilla until smooth.

Assemble the Cake

Place one crepe on a plate, spread chocolate cream.

Layer with another crepe, repeat until all crepes are stacked.
