🍗✨Chicken Masala Dry Recipe🍗✨

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken (cleaned & cut into medium pieces)

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 large onion (finely sliced)

  • 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)

  • 2–3 green chilies (slit)

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • ½ tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tsp black pepper (crushed)

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped, for garnish)


Preparation Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with a little salt, turmeric, and chili powder. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, and sauté until golden brown.

  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. Add tomatoes and cook until soft and oil separates.

  5. Mix in turmeric, chili powder, coriander, cumin, and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes.

  6. Add marinated chicken pieces and stir well to coat with masala.

  7. Cook on medium flame until chicken is almost done (no extra water should remain).

  8. Sprinkle crushed black pepper and green chilies, stir fry for a few minutes until dry.

  9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
