🥘🐂 Wagyu Biryani Recipe – A Royal Fusion of Luxury and Tradition🥘🐂
Ingredients:
For the Wagyu Beef:

500 g Wagyu beef (cut into cubes or strips)

3 tbsp yogurt
-
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
-
1 tsp red chili powder
-
½ tsp turmeric powder
-
1 tsp garam masala
-
½ tsp cumin powder
-
Salt (to taste)
For the Rice:
-
2 cups basmati rice (soaked 30 mins)
-
4 cups water
-
2–3 green cardamom pods
-
1 bay leaf
-
1 cinnamon stick
-
4–5 cloves
-
Salt (to taste)
Other Ingredients:
-
3 medium onions (thinly sliced, fried until golden)
-
2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
-
2 green chilies (slit)
-
¼ cup fresh coriander (chopped)
-
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
-
3 tbsp ghee or butter
-
½ cup warm milk with a pinch of saffron
Method:

Marinate Wagyu Beef:
-
Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, and salt.

Coat Wagyu beef and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight preferred).

Cook Rice:
-
Boil water with whole spices and salt.
-
Add soaked rice and cook until 70% done. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Wagyu Masala:

Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pot.
-
Add onions and fry until golden.
-
Add tomatoes, green chilies, and marinated Wagyu beef.

Cook on medium heat until beef is tender and masala thickens.

Layer Biryani:

In the same pot, spread half of the rice.
-
Add Wagyu beef masala layer, sprinkle coriander, mint, and fried onions.

Top with remaining rice.

Drizzle saffron milk and a little ghee over the top.

Dum Cooking:

Cover tightly and cook on low flame for 20–25 minutes.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve:

Gently fluff with a fork.

Serve hot with raita or salad.
