Ingredients:

2 boneless chicken breasts

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works best)

½ cup grated parmesan cheese (for coating)

1 egg (beaten)

½ cup flour

4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)

¼ cup parmesan cheese (shaved or grated, for topping)
For Caesar Dressing (quick version):

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp grated parmesan

Salt & pepper (to taste)
Method:

Prepare Chicken:

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Dredge in flour → dip in beaten egg → coat with breadcrumbs + parmesan mixture.

Shallow fry or air-fry until golden and crispy. Slice into strips.
