Ingredients:

1 medium pizza base (store-bought or homemade)

2 medium potatoes (thinly sliced, parboiled)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp oregano or mixed Italian herbs

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

½ cup pizza sauce or tomato ketchup

1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

2 tbsp parmesan cheese (optional)

½ onion (thinly sliced, optional)

Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Method:

Prepare Potatoes:

Thinly slice potatoes and parboil them for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.

Pat dry and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and oregano.

Prepare Pizza Base:

Place the pizza base on a tray.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base.

Layer Toppings:

Add a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Arrange potato slices evenly on top.

Add onion slices (optional) and sprinkle more cheese.

Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
