🍝🍸 Obsessed with Vodka Pasta 🍝🍸
📝 Ingredients:

300g penne pasta (or any short pasta)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter
-
1 small onion (finely chopped)

2 garlic cloves (minced)
-
1 cup tomato puree (or canned crushed tomatoes)

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional for spice)

1/3 cup vodka
-
1/2 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper to taste

Fresh basil (for garnish)
👩🍳 How to Make:

Cook pasta: Boil salted water and cook penne until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.

Sauté aromatics: In a large pan, heat olive oil + butter. Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic and chili flakes.

Tomato base: Add tomato puree, cook for 5–7 minutes until thick and slightly caramelized.

Add vodka: Pour in vodka, let it simmer for 2–3 minutes so the alcohol cooks off.

Creamy finish: Stir in heavy cream, mix until smooth. Season with salt & pepper.

Combine: Toss in cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water. Stir well until creamy and coated.

Cheese & serve: Add parmesan cheese, mix again. Garnish with fresh basil & extra cheese.
